This Sweepstakes is provided by Mountain Mike’s Pizza, LLC. (herein as “Sponsor”) with its primary headquarters located at 26 Corporate Plaza, Suite 180, Newport Beach, Ca. 92660. The Sweepstakes is administered by Blue C (herein as “Administrator”) with its primary business located 3183-C Airway Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

- How to Enter:
- The “Mountain Mike’s Pizza Draft Sweepstakes” will begin at 8:00:00AM PST on April 21, 2021, and end at 11:59:59PM PST on April 28, 2021.
- To participate in the Sweepstakes, all eligible participants will need to follow @mountainmikespizza and @49ers on Facebook and Instagram. Participants must “like” the sweepstakes post and tag at least three (3) friends. The more friends you tag in separate comments; the more chances participant will receive. These actions equal one entry. For an additional entry, repost to stories and tag #MMPx49ersDraft for an additional entry. Maximum of 10 entries per person.
- Eligibility Restrictions:
- The Sweepstakes is limited to residents who live in the Northern California/Bay Area and are within a 10-mile radius of a Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant, who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the National Football League and its member clubs, including, without limitation, the San Francisco 49ers, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, Administrator, their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and Sweepstakes agencies, any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.
- Previous winners of any Mountain Mike’s Pizza Sweepstakes, contests or promotions within the last 12 months are ineligible to participate. Previous winners shall mean one (1) winner per household is permitted in any Mountain Mike’s Pizza Sweepstakes, contest or promotion.
- Prizes:
- The “Prize” shall consist of the following items: Mountain Mike’s Pizza dinner delivered to winner house or a Mountain Mike’s pizza gift card in the value of $250.00 and a 49ers swag bag that includes a 49ers branded tshirt, sweatshirt, and hat with a value of $150.00.
- The approximate retail value of the Prize is USD $400.00.
- A maximum of one (1) Prize will be awarded. If the one (1) available Prize is won in accordance with these Sweepstakes rules, the Sweepstakes will officially end at the time the Prize is won.
- Sweepstakes prize(s) are not transferable, and only the selected participant may claim the Prize.
- Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
- Selection and Notification of Winner:
- One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries. Acceptable entries will follow @mountainmikespizza and @49ers Instagram and Facebook accounts, “liking” sweepstakes announcement post, and tagging at least three (3) friends’ accounts. Sponsor’s existing Privacy Policy applies to this Sweepstakes as described on Sponsor’s website (http://mountainmikespizza.com/privacy.php). We protect your personal information and we do not share your personal information with any 3rd party vendors or advertisers not associated with Sponsor or Administrator of this sweepstakes.
- Decisions of Sponsor, Administrator with respect to this Sweepstakes are final.
- Winner will be announced on Sponsor’s Instagram and Facebook social media platforms. Winner will be directly messaged via Instagram or Facebook.
- Conditions:
- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Sweepstakes rules and dates at any time for any reason. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Sponsor management.
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Sweepstakes without additional financial or future compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
- No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
- Failure to comply with the Sweepstakes rules may result in a Sweepstakes entrant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor or Administrator.
- Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize.
- Copies of the written rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main office of the Administrator or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Administrator.
- Mountain Mike’s Pizza is the Official Pizza of the San Francisco 49ers, and any use of the San Francisco 49ers trademarks are used by permission in accordance with the team sponsorship terms and conditions. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored or underwritten by the San Francisco 49ers, their team, faculty, agents or other team personnel. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to hold the San Francisco 49ers, Forty Niners Football Company LLC, the National Football League and its member clubs, including, without limitation, the San Francisco 49ers, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, Forty Niners Football Company LLC, Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC, Forty Niners SC Stadium Company LLC and each of their respective affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.
- YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR BENEFITS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY” (OR ANY EQUIVALENT STATUTORY PROVISION WITH A SIMILAR IMPORT OR INTENT).
- Severability:
- These Sweepstakes rules are severable, and if any portion is determined invalid or unenforceable by a body of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions will remain valid, enforceable and in effect to the fullest extent consistent with applicable law.
