What is the Mountain Mike’s Pizza App?

A free mobile app for Android and iPhone that lets guests easily pay with their phone, earn rewards and order ahead.

How do I use the Mountain Mike’s Pizza App?

  • Download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Stores
  • Enter a credit or debit card and begin paying with your phone so that each purchase goes towards earning rewards

How do I become a Mountain Rewards® member?

Download our Mountain Mike’s Pizza App and create an account. Every time you place an order for carryout, delivery or dine in, use the app and earn points!

CAN I PAY AT THE RESTAURANT WHEN I ORDER AHEAD?

If you are placing your order at the restaurant, you can pay using your app. If you are ordering while you are not at the restaurant, you need to pay using your app.

What are the reward levels and how do I reach each?

  • Base Camp – automatically enter this status level at sign up, receive $5 towards your first purchase
  • Mountain Guide – climb to this level after 5 visits. Receive a Free Cinnamon Dessert Pizza or Small Pizza on your birthday
  • Trail Blazer – climb to this level after 10 visits. Receive 1.5 points for every $1 you spend. Once you hit 100 points = $10

*Rewards levels reset 12 months after level is achieved

Can I earn points if I’m ordering inside the restaurant?

Once you place your order with the cashier, then make sure to scan and pay with your app.

Can I pay a tip using my app?

Yes, when you pay with your app, there is an option to add a tip.

I COULD NOT USE MY APP! CAN I STILL GET CREDIT?

Take a picture of your receipt and email it to mountainmikespizza@thelevelup.com and request credit for the purchase.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IN ADVANCE OR AHEAD?

Yes, you can order ahead, just like you can on our website as far in advance as you’d like.

Which locations accept the Mountain Mike’s Pizza app?

All Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations listed on the app.

WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE USING MY MOUNTAIN MIKE’S PIZZA APP, OR AN ERROR MESSAGE OCCURS?

The speediest way to get an answer for any in app issues is to reach out to the LevelUp support team. This can be done on the app in the settings menu. Choose “Help & FAQs” and type in your question in the last field.

What if I need to change something after I place my order?

Call the store and let them know you need to make a change.

I purchased alcohol with my order and didn’t receive all my points. Why not? 

Points can only be earned on the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages.
